The payments system is rapidly digitising. For a lot of people, being able to do their banking digitally is not self-evident. With this project we help people learn and get started in an accessible way. Through this we are ensuring that everybody will be able to participate digitally.
Enabling everyone to participate
鈥淭hey say that in the digital world everything is possible. Then they should be able to make it accessible, right?鈥�
How does digital banking work? A large group of people experience fear of digital banking or have it done by someone in their social circle. For them, the step to digital banking independently is too challenging or stressful. They want to be self-reliant, but do not always know how and where to start.
Toolkit 鈥楤ankieren vanaf de Bank鈥�
Through a co-creation process the toolkit 鈥楤ankieren vanaf de Bank鈥� was developed. This toolkit is specially designed for libraries, volunteers, social workers and others who help people to become more digitally literate. It helps them to offer better help and guidance. The toolkit introduces people in the world of digital banking in an accessible way and helps them to learn step by step.
Workshops during 肛交色情片
During 肛交色情片 we make impact with this project as well. At bibliotheek Eindhoven and community centre de Nieuwe Maan, we will organise a workshop a where participants learn more about digital banking.
For those interested in Social Design and (digital) accessibility, we will organise a workshop in which we explore how Social Design can contribute to digital inclusion, based on the project 鈥楤ankieren vanaf de Bank鈥�.
