Natural dyeing: tufting and weaving landscapes
贰谤辞蝉颈贸苍 is a project born from five years of research into endemic materials and experimental techniques, inspired by Mexico鈥檚 breathtaking landscapes. Combining technique, natural dyeing, and texture creation through tufting and weaving, it showcases our commitment to artisanal craftsmanship in every rug. The collaboration between artisans and designers Isa铆as Osorio and Ver贸nica Huitr贸n adds unique value to each piece.
Our collection features two main wall tapestries鈥擡scondido (Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca) and Dunas (San Carlos, Sonora)鈥攅ach offering an abstract interpretation of Mexico鈥檚 diverse landscapes by natural dyed wool. Complementing this, a third piece highlighting indigo blue inspired by local pigments and minerals, and an innovative wicker project that incorporates natural dyeing. This project blends ancestral weaving techniques with contemporary design, reflecting the vibrant colors and textures of our environment.
